MONTH OF CHILDREN’S RIGHTS

The students of the first, second, third and fourth grades of Viktor Cara Emina Lovran Primary School, Ičići Primary School and Veprinac Primary School participated this week in workshops dedicated to the celebration of children’s rights month at the SOC Opatija!
This is the year in which we celebrate 100 years of children’s rights and 35 years since the adoption of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This month we have prepared a handful of activities related to exercising the rights of every child!
They participated in the search for children’s rights on the streets of the Old Town, children’s playgrounds and in the children’s rights quiz.
They designed messages and campaigns related to the preservation of the sea and the coast within the project “DETECTIVES OF THE SEA – LET’S LEARN TOGETHER“.
